Privacy Policy: Benchwise waitlist
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Benchwise ("we") runs getbenchwise.com. This page covers the waitlist only.
What we collect
Your email address, and nothing else you type. Our hosting provider also sees standard technical data (like IP address) in server logs when you visit.
Why
To email you when Benchwise opens, and to tell you about the launch. We do not use it for anything else.
Who handles it
These companies process data for us:
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Supabase: stores the waitlist.
- ntfy: sends us a push notification that someone signed up. It does not include your email, which stays in the database.
We do not sell your email or share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking scripts.
Adults only
The waitlist is for coaches, club staff and other adults (18+). It is not for children. If you are under 18, do not sign up. If we learn we have a child's email, we delete it. Email us if you think that happened.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep your email until we launch and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to remove it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To be removed, or to ask what we hold, email hello@getbenchwise.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this page we update the date above.
