By using getbenchwise.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site
getbenchwise.com is run by Benchwise ("we"), based in New York. It lets adults join a waitlist for a future coaching product. Joining is free and does not guarantee access, a launch date or any feature.
Who can use it
Adults (18+) only. Do not sign up on behalf of a child.
Using the site
Use it lawfully. Do not break it, scrape it, overload it, or sign up other people's emails. We may block anyone who does.
Our content
The Benchwise name, logo and site content belong to Benchwise. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
No warranty
The site and any information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", with no promises that it will be accurate, always available or error-free. Product plans may change.
Limit of liability
To the extent New York law allows, Benchwise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the waitlist site. Our total liability for the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Privacy

Changes
We may update these terms. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
New York law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state courts in Rockland County, New York, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, which covers Rockland County (28 U.S.C. 112(b)).
